  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  • Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, milk, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Add cooked chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
