8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp paprika
ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
ยฝ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
ยฝ cup bell peppers, sliced
ยผ cup parsley, chopped
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Season shrimp and chicken with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, then remove.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink; remove.
Melt butter in the skillet, sautรฉ garlic, bell peppers, and tomatoes for 2 minutes.
