Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti pasta

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 1–2 mins per side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 min until fragrant.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan until melted and smooth.

  5. Return shrimp to the pan. Add cooked pasta and toss everything to coat evenly in the sauce.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
