This creamy salmon pasta recipe combines flaky salmon, garlic, and a velvety cream sauce with perfectly cooked pasta. A quick and easy dinner packed with flavor, ideal for weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
  • 2 salmon fillets (skinless, cut into chunks)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ยฝ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Sautรฉ until fragrant.
  • Pour in broth, scraping any bits from the pan. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let simmer.
  • Return salmon to the pan and gently break into chunks. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well until coated in the creamy sauce.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • Use fresh or frozen salmon (thawed) for the best texture.
  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
