  • 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
