  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  4. Add fettuccine pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
