4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skinless
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
