- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon water
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
