These Easy Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are a crowd-pleaser, packed with layers of tender roast beef, melted cheddar cheese, and savory seasonings, all baked to perfection. Perfect for game days, potlucks, or quick family meals, these sliders are sure to become a favorite!

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bottom buns.
  4. Layer roast beef and cheddar cheese slices over the buns. Cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
