  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 lb scallops

  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).

  2. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, scallops, crab meat, and cooked rice.

  3. Add in cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir to combine.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.

  7. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

  8. Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
