1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey
