Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are tender, bite-sized pieces of chicken cooked in a delicious buttery garlic sauce. With paprika, garlic powder, and optional Parmesan or spinach, these chicken bites are a quick, flavorful meal. Perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep!

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Optional Add-ons/Variations:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice (if using) and garnish with fresh parsley or thyme.
  • Serve immediately, optionally with Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.

Notes

  • Add spinach or kale for extra greens.
  • Use Dijon mustard or lemon zest for a tangy twist, or Parmesan for a cheesy flavor boost.
