  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or white wine)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken broth (or wine) and lemon juice, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over it. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme, and serve immediately.
