Instructions

  • Preheat broiler to high.

  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of lobster tails down the center. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat slightly.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Brush the mixture generously over lobster meat.

  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8โ€“10 minutes or until meat is opaque and slightly browned.
