  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Add gnocchi and Italian seasoning, then simmer for 5-7 minutes until gnocchi is tender.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and spinach, cooking until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
  • Adjust seasoning as needed, garnish with red pepper flakes (if using), and serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
