Make these flavorful Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs, featuring juicy beef, melted cheese, and buttery garlic seasoning wrapped in a flaky biscuit crust. Perfect for dinner, snacks, or game-day appetizers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a slice of cheese in the center, followed by a scoop of cooked beef.
  4. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling, sealing it completely.
  5. Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Swiss for different flavor variations.
  • Use crescent roll dough instead of biscuits for a lighter crust.
  • Perfect for meal prep or freezing for later use.
