1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices of cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a slice of cheese in the center, followed by a scoop of cooked beef.
Fold the edges of the dough around the filling, sealing it completely.
Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake for 12โ15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
