  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for extra flavor).
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until the chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165ยฐF).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
