  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare foil packets by cutting 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss steak cubes and potatoes in the garlic butter mixture.
  • Divide evenly among foil sheets, then fold and seal tightly.
  • Grill or bake for 20-25 minutes until steak is cooked and potatoes are tender.

 

  • Carefully open packets, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
