Ingredients

  • 4 cups red seedless grapes
  • 4 cups green seedless grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently fold until all the grapes are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar evenly on top of the salad.
  • Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.

Notes

  • You can use only red or green grapes if preferred.
