  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crispy fried onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil green beans for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked green beans.
  • Pour the green bean mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the prepared stuffing mix over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the stuffing is golden and crispy.
  • If desired, top with shredded cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions for the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
