  • 45 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup chives, chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • 1 small shallot

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: avocado, nuts, or grilled chicken for protein

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, mix chopped cabbage, cucumber, and green onions.

  2. Make the Dressing: In a blender or food processor, combine chives, basil, parsley, garlic, shallot, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
