  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them in ice water before peeling.
  2. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Divide the yolk mixture and tint one half red and the other black using food coloring.
