1 small onion, chopped
2 cups (190g) uncooked pasta
2 cups (240g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz/300g) condensed tomato soup

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked pasta, cheddar cheese, tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef if preferred.
For added flavor, consider adding garlic powder or Italian seasoning to the mixture.
