  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Add remaining oil, then stir in garlic and ginger. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds.

  • Add broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

  • Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture.

  • Stir well to coat everything and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

  • For extra veggies, add bell peppers or snap peas.
