1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
