Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with flour (if using).
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, or red pepper flakes and serve warm.
