  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce to coat evenly. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice or veggies.
