  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4-5 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, half of the shredded cheddar, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted.
