Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Unsalted butter, melted
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Granulated sugar
  • Eggs
  • Lemon juice

  • Sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
