4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
Arrange lemon slices over the top of the salmon.
Bake for 12โ15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes in the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary mixture.
