  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (1 sliced, 1 juiced)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  • Arrange lemon slices over the top of the salmon.
  • Bake for 12โ€“15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
