  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
  • Spread cooked beef mixture evenly in a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, mayonnaise, mustard, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and bacon.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is set and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped pickles and parsley if desired.

  • For an extra flavor boost, add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the egg mixture.
