  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat.
  • Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  • In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea, mango puree, and honey or sugar if using.
  • Stir well and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.

Notes
