Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning, onions, garlic, crushed tortilla chips, eggs, and salsa.
