Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
    • Add the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
