  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large chicken breasts, pounded thin

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
