Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add noodles and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Return cooked chicken to the pan. Toss everything together.
