  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or rice noodles)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ยผ cup honey
  • ยผ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 ยฝ cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add noodles and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  • Return cooked chicken to the pan. Toss everything together.
  • (Optional) Mix cornstarch with water and stir in for a thicker sauce.
