Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the balls for 15โ€“20 minutes.
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate, covering completely, then return to the baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
