  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken thighs with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Sear them skin-side down for 3โ€“4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sautรฉ onion and garlic until softened.
