This Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls Recipe combines the warm spice of cinnamon rolls with the fruity sweetness of peach cobbler. Perfect for summer brunches, special occasions, or just a cozy treat, these rolls are soft, gooey, and bursting with flavor. Made with fresh peaches and topped with a buttery crumble and glaze, they’re a delicious twist on two classic desserts.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Dough:

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

  • ¾ cup warm milk

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp salt

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp butter

For the Cobbler Crumble:

  • ½ cup flour

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup butter, cold and cubed

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until frothy (about 10 mins).

  2. Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise 1 hour or until doubled.

  3. Meanwhile, cook peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and butter until thickened. Cool.

  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread cooled peach filling. Roll tightly and cut into rolls.

  5. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.

  6. Mix crumble topping and sprinkle over rolls.

  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Drizzle with glaze while warm. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use canned peaches if fresh aren’t available—just drain well.

  • Add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling for a deeper flavor.

  • Best served warm but can be stored and reheated.
