  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  5. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 30โ€“35 minutes until set.

  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm or cold.
