Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until smooth.

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.

  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  6. Scoop dough into mini muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.

  7. Bake 10โ€“12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are just set.

  8. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then gently remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
