  • 2 lbs beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear beef strips until browned.
  2. Place the beef in a crock pot. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, and tomato paste. Pour over the ingredients in the crock pot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the crock pot 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles, and enjoy!
