  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in the diced onion, bell pepper, and shredded provolone cheese.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
