  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut rum (optional)
  • Pineapple slices and coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions
