This Pizza Pot Pies recipe combines gooey cheese, savory pizza sauce, and all your favorite toppings baked in a flaky crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or toppings of choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or ground beef (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust (or puff pastry)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease ramekins or oven-safe bowls with olive oil.
  3. Layer pizza sauce, cheese, and your desired toppings in each ramekin.
  4. Cut the pie crust into rounds slightly larger than the ramekin tops.
  5. Cover each ramekin with a pie crust, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the crusts with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crusts are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
