1 tbsp sesame oil
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
8-10 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups bok choy, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the broth and water, then add soy sauce and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Add mushrooms and potstickers, reduce heat, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in bok choy and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.
Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Garnish with green onions.

Use any type of frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, shrimp, or vegetable).
