Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  • In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  • Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
