  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture and secure the edges with toothpicks.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over them.
  • Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (75ยฐC).
  • Remove from the oven, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, and serve hot.
