Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in optional add-ins like chocolate chips or nuts, if using.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
