  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4-6 sandwich rolls
  • Optional toppings: sliced pickles, crispy fried onions, or coleslaw

Instructions

  • Add the beef chuck roast to your slow cooker.
  • Layer the sliced onion on top and pour in barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
