Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Marinara sauce
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sautรฉ ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Layer cooked spaghetti in a greased casserole dish. Spread the cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
  7. Top with the beef mixture, then sprinkle with remaining cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let rest before serving.
